Rob has been serving at Crossroads Community Church since 2005.  He has been married to his wife Jenny for over 20 years and they have two young adult children.

"I love working with students because they are at a point in life where they are wrestling with big questions," says Rob.  "My vision for ministry involves coming alongside students and leading them from where they are toward where God wants them to be. Although much of what I do involves teaching, I see it as equally important to do life with students so that I can encourage them in teachable moments.  I’ve had the privilege of leading students on ministry trips to a variety of locations and watching the “aha moment”. It is great to watch as students realize that following Jesus’ example of investing in others brings a peace and joy that can’t be found in simply investing in yourself. I also love being a part of helping families thrive–helping students realize that their goals for themselves are not all that different than their parents’ goals and helping the family realize those goals together.
